Powers on, dvd drawer opens..I hooked it up to a monitor...nothing happened. It does power on, but I could not get a picture on the monitor. It could be operator error or the motherboard could be bad. I don't know enough to be able to tell really. What you see is what you get. This will ship the least expensive way, probably fed ex or ups. It will be expensive too, but I will try to keep shipping costs down. If I ship it and it is less than I quote by more than a few dollars, I will be happy to refund the difference.
