Bag is double zippered so still zips with the other. A tailor could put the zipper back on track if you wanted, and the original pull is still on there. The bag has some modularity inside. If you wanted to put a large laptop inside, you can remove the dividers entirely, the whole divider is on hook & loop fasteners.
