I have made the tough decision to part with my IBM 5150 PC. I am the second owner, this unit was passed down to me by my uncle in 1992 when he upgraded to the IBM PS/2 model 30 286 also seen in this photo (also for sale). This is a very complete package - this includes a Model F Keyboard. This keyboard is built like a tank.

Also included is an IBM 5153 Color Display. Unfortunately during a move, the monitor sustained some cosmetic damage - there is a chip on the top right corner, and some plastic terminal posts inside the monitor cracked so there is now a slight gap between the bezel and the glass display. This does not affect performance whatsoever, and is not noticeable unless you are inspecting it closely.

The PC powers right up after 42 years. It is very clean, and I have taken great care of it. It comes from a non smoking, child-free household (except when it was I who was the child). Included is all of the original packaging materials which could make a great display. The boxes include the original barcodes and serial numbers.

I will NOT risk shipping this PC. No exceptions. I am willing to meet up within a 30 mile radius of the Brighton/ metro Detroit area, at a safe public space. Serious inquiries only please. Please feel free to PM me for a video so that you can see it is in operating condition. The whole unit is quite clean, which seems hard to find with these - usually looking like they were pulled from a flooded basement or something.
