I bought this IBM PC Jan 3, 1984. After three years of only using 5 ¼ floppies, I upgraded it with a 386 processor and 20 MB hard drive. However, I kept the original 5150 motherboard and cards in case I ever wanted to restore it to its original performance. I never did, but THEY ARE INCLUDED in the sale.It’s been on a closet shelf since 1995. When I took it down and turned it on, it booted up as if no time had passed. That’s a testament to how well these history-making PCs were made. From the photos, you can see it’s been well cared for. DOS 3.3 and WordPerfect loads like new.
