I\'m not able to verify what exact model this card set is. Could be the 30/1600 or 30/1152? I\'ve included pics of all the numbers on the boards, perhaps you\'ll have better luck looking up those numbers. Either way, I know this was top of the line video (and expensive) for it\'s time, and the daughter card provided accelerated photoshop performance - which is what we used it for in our print shop years ago. It was working when pulled from service, stored and will ship in static bag. I will guarantee non doa only on this item. I\'ll provide the shipping using USPS priority mail.
