UNTESTED. FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING. It doesn't come with a power cord. I used a cord from another device and turned it on and the fan came on and the reset button light lit up (shown in last 2 pics). Other than that I've never used it or tested it. I'm selling it as untested and to be safe - non-working, for parts or repair. It has scratches, blemishes, flaws, imperfections, etc. It's dirty and could use a good cleaning.
It doesn't come with a monitor, a power cord or any other cords or cables.
When I move it around I can hear a little bit of loose debris moving around inside. Probably not a big deal but I wanted to mention it.
