Vintage working Apple Lisa 2 Computer, keyboard, mouse and 5MB profile
Price: CA $2600.00

You are looking at a vintage Apple Lisa 2 computer with an early keyboard model A6S0200as evidenced by the rack which use to contain the pull out cards, the CPU board, the I/O board, 2 x 512 kB memory board, the keyboard, the mouse and a dying 5 MB profile. It also have the Lisa guide in an unopened condition. As can be seen from the pictures, it is very clean but show the usual yellowing of the plastic exposed to the sun.As can be seen from the picture of the back, it has the parallel port so it is not an XL unit. You can also see that the I/O card has no battery and has no sign of corrosion which is typical of the board which were not equipped with batteries typical of a Lisa 2 not an upgraded Lisa 1..The boot ROM\'s show H/A8 typical of a Lisa 2 or 2/5The unit was probably upgraded/repaired by a previous owner since it has he much preferred Apple Lisa 2/10 1.8A power supply
The numbers on the case doe not match the numbers read by the BLU (Basic Lisa Utility) but they are close. The serial number on the case is 4157454, the apple net serial is 00103807 and the manufacture date is 84157The serial number from the BLU is 4156027, the apple net serial is 00103224 and the manufacture date is 84156I do not know how Apple was assembling its machine but the manufacturing date is one day apart (Quality Control change in the plant?)The mouse is an original model A9M0050, the serial number 045505 and it is in perfect working orderThe keyboard is a an original early model A6MMB101, the serial number is 1028061 and is in perfect working order, no sticky keysThe unit had a homebrew profile when i purchased the unit in 2012, but it died during storage (not included). The previous owner had said the hard disk was dead which is not completely true. The included 5 MB profile is erratic, sometimes it takes almost 25 minutes to come to ready, some time it does not come to ready. It could be fixed if the mechanical portion of the drive is replaced by a working ST-506. Original Seagate electronic needs to be replaced by the Apple one. When it comes to ready, the BLU can identify the drive. So you can assume that the electronic both inside the drive and the interface are working so is the power supply. The 400K SS diskette drive is working perfectly as evidenced by the fact that i was capable of loading the BLU.It is probably in need of some lubrification. There is a procedure was also able to load the Mac Emulator and Macwork 2.0The BLU disk, the Mac Emulator disk and the Macwork 2.0 disk are included. They were created using Transmac on a PC and a G3 Powermac running 8.5 OS to generate the 400K disk copy. You also need Disk Copy 4.2 and Stuffit Expander 5.5.The procedure can be found here web sites offer disk image of Lisa software such as many others. As can be seen in the picture, the BLU boots the computer so the floppy disk is working, may require some lubrification. It also recognise the hard disk but i do not have the special chip to low level format it.
