Will I get a full refund?

·      Unopened items can be returned within 30 days ofpurchase for a full refund as part of our satisfaction guarantee.

·      Opened, used, tampered with, modified, or products damageddue to customer misuse/neglect that are returned will have a restocking fee of   up  to 50% of the item value. Typical restocking fees are 15%.

·      After 30 days, returns may be denied at our discretion.Any accepted returns (non-defective) after 30 days will have a restocking fee.

-   Foritems returned after 30 days and found upon testing to not be defective, thecustomer will provide for return shipping costs.

How do I receive a replacement?

Replacement under ServerPartDeals warranty:

·      Contact ServerPartDeals with your replacement requestand reason for the request through your account.

-   Ifthe item is no longer in stock and cannot be replaced within warranty, yourorder may be refunded.

-   ServerPartDealshas the right to provide replacements or refunds and will make every effort toreplace defective items.

-   Ifa similar replacement is available, and you prefer a replacement instead ofrefund, we will confirm the Model Number with you before shipping.

·      Western Digital claims can be made on the WesternDigital Website, or on the HGST Website if not available from Western Digital

Who pays for return shipping?

·      ServerPartDeals will provide return shipping foritems, within 30 days of purchase, being replaced within the contiguous UnitedStates if the item   is received Dead on Arrival or Failed.
