Ordersmay be cancelled by the customer within 48 hours after the order isplaced. Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged orincorrect. Please contact us within seven days to make arrangements.The item must be returned unused and with all of the original packaging.Refunds

Smalleritems will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS depending on the overallsize, weight, and quantity of your order. Ground shipments will havetracking numbers available as well as timely service, usually 4-6 daysin transit.Freight Shipping
Machinesand other heavy products are shipped via freight carrier only and willarrive crated and palletized. Freight deliveries are curbside deliveryonly (white-glove services are not included). Freight orders usuallytake 7-10 business days for delivery; some items will take longer,based on your location.Important Information For Freight Shipments
Ifyou are in an area with limited access or outside of our delivery area,it may be necessary to pick your shipment up at the nearest freightterminal. We will not be responsible or compensate for additionaldelivery fees in these areas. If this is a concern in your area, pleasecontact our customer service team and we will be glad to discuss thiswith the freight company before the item is purchased.Afterplacing your order, the freight/delivery company will contact you toschedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’sextremely important to provide your main contact number and analternative at the time of check out. For freight shipments going to aresidential address, the shipping company will call you the day yourorder is delivered at the local terminal to schedule a deliveryappointment. All residential freight orders require an appointment tobe delivered. Oftentimes, the estimated delivery date on the websitewill be incorrect because of the appointment policy. Do not makearrangements to stay at the delivery address to accept delivery untilthe shipping company calls you to set an appointment.Shipping Damage
Pleaseinspect your machine upon receipt and contact us immediately in thecase of any damage. In the unfortunate event that damage occurs inshipping, we will need pictures of the damaged area on the machine aswell as pictures of the outside and inside packing material in order toprocess a claim with the shipping company. Please retain all packingmaterials until a claim is filed by us and arrangements can be made fora replacement or repair.
