SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS Warranty
Used machines come with a standard 30-day parts warranty that begins onthe date of delivery.
Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:
- Existing consumablesinstalled such as toner cartridges, drum unit, developer, and fuser.
-Defects due to improper handling, wrong installation, and accidentaldamage, including damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect, anddaily wear and tear.
-Repairs or alteration byanyone other than a trained technician recognized by AllTonerCopier.
Order Cancellation & Returns
Ordersmay be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours after the order isplaced. Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged orincorrect. Please contact us within 24-72 hours to make arrangements.The item must be returned unused and with all of the original packaging.
Refunds
AllTonerCopier does not offer refunds except under the followingcircumstances:
a) An item is either out-of-stock
b) The wrong item has been delivered
Exchanges
AllTonerCopierdoes not accept exchanges. However, if the customer receives theincorrect item or an item that is damaged, we will either initiate theexchange process for the incorrect or damaged item, at the customer'sdesire after conversation. Such communication has to be initiated bythe customer within 24 hours of delivery.
SHIPPING INFORMATION Ground Shipping
Smalleritems will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS depending on the overallsize, weight, and quantity of your order. Ground shipments will havetracking numbers available, usually 4-6 days in transit.
Freight Shipping
Machinesand other heavy items are shipped via freight carrier only and willarrive crated and palletized. Freight deliveries are curbside deliveryonly (white-glove services are not included). Freight orders usuallytake 7-10 business days for delivery; some items will take longer,based on your location.
Important Information ForFreight Shipments
Ifyou are in an area with limited access or outside of carrier's deliveryarea, it may be necessary to pick your shipment up at the nearestfreight terminal. We will not be responsible or compensate foradditional delivery fees in these areas. If this is a concern in yourarea, please contact our customer serviceand we will discuss thiswith the freight company before the item is purchased.
Afterplacing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule atime to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremelyimportant to provide your main contact number and an alternative at thetime of check out. For freight shipments going to a residentialaddress, the shipping company will call you the day your shipping isdelivered at the local terminal to schedule a delivery appointment. Allresidential freight orders require an appointment to be delivered.Oftentimes, the estimated delivery date on the website will beincorrect because of the appointment policy. Do not make arrangementsto stay at the delivery address to accept delivery until the shippingcompany calls you to set an appointment.
Shipping Damage
Pleaseinspect your shipment upon receipt and contact us immediately in thecase of any damage. In the unfortunate event that damage occurs inshipping, we will need pictures of the damaged area on the machine aswell as pictures of the outside and inside packing material in order toprocess a claim with the shipping company. Please retain all packingmaterials until a claim is filed by us and arrangements can be made fora replacement or repair.
