Seller is willing to work with you to keep your server farm running. Bought a rack 1mo ago, overloaded and buckled its wheels without knowing the wheel load limit and rack load limit are two separate parameters. Explained my situation, they sent me a replacement promptly, and explained the racks are supposed to be bolted to the floor if loaded to the top. Now I bolt my racks to concrete, it's holding 1800lbs of servers rock solid. Now I buy all my racks here.
