Seller Notes: “It passes the self-test (pictured LCD monitor not included), I tried a couple floppy disks that I ... “It passes the self-test (pictured LCD monitor not included), I tried a couple floppy disks that I keep here for testing, initially it booted up and I was able to play some games using both drives. But then I tried some other disks and I kept getting boot errors, so I tried the same disks that worked and sometimes they try to boot up but most of the time it either won't get past the Apple //e screen or it says PRODOS won't load or other boot errors, so I'm not sure if there's a physical problem with the drives or controller, or if it's just my software. Either way this will be backed by our 30-day guarantee to operate as described! Also the "P" key and the next key to the right of that do not work, and the number 5 key is slightly broken but still hangs on pretty well if it doesn't get bumped. There's also a chip out of one of the rear corners (see picture #11). Otherwise there's plenty of discoloration, scuffs, scratches, etc. from normal use, please see the photos for further details.”

I received the control monitor from NCRECYCLE as promised and it was in the condition I expected from the pictures. They did a GREAT job packing the monitor, it was wrapped in bubble wrap and then was placed in a box about x3 bigger with plenty of bubble wrap around the display filling the box. I wish all eBay sellers would do this good on packaging. Thanks!

A gem in the rough!
Just what I was looking for in a vintage Apple IIe computer. I collect, repair, and restore old 8-bit system from the late 70s, 80s, and early 90s. I'm already in the process of restoring this particular system. The pictures I have here reveals just how well the case to this Apple IIe machine is coming along in my restoration. I'm waiting on new Apple IIe badges to arrive to replace the old, worn, and damaged originals. The power supply and motherboard will also receive some well deserved attention.Just what I was looking for in a vintage Apple IIe computer.
