Superb Sharp monitor. Great budget monitor to edit images. This display performs forms a lot better then similar ones in its class and price range. The stand is great adjustable and well designed. There is no better value in the market.

This monitor has excellent color rendition, contrast, and viewing angles. The stand has many options for height and angle adjustments and also seems firm and secure on the desk. It doesn't have an HDMI connection,but can still receive full HD signal through conventional connections. The monitor has a non-reflective coating which is barely noticeable when using a white screen. It is easy to ignore most of the time,(I don't even notice it anymore)and not an issue when viewing colors and dark backgrounds. The good thing about the matte finish is that there are absolutely no reflections like some other glossier screens.
I had an old cathode-ray Dell Trinitron monitor that was large & weight was around 60-80lbs. I only had enough room for a keyboard in front of it on my office desk. This newer Dell flat screen gives me a lot of room to work in & if I use a wall mount I'll even have more room. The picture is great & will be good for working with photos. weight wise, I think it's only about 16-18lbs. I think the price was right & I'm happy with the outcome.
