For 144hz at $150 you can't go wrong. Never had an Acer product before but I'm pretty impressed so far with this monitor. Build quality is nice, a lot of plastic but very sturdy and secure feeling. The hardware for the swivel and raising/lowering mechanism feels good to use. Screen quality is nice, not the best I've ever seen, and a bit light in terms of contrast and viewable angles, but that's the budget part. If you're looking for a cheap upgrade, look no further.

Display Port input only worked for a few weeks, and it wasn't really subject to any mechanical stress. Returning since I need multiple inputs on my screen.

For $130 this cannot be beat. The alternative is cheap Chinese monitors from a brand you’ve never heard of. Image is clear and smooth, no ghosting or skipped frames, gsync compatible, very fast pixel response times, great OSD and good colors, even the stand is top notch. There are literally no problems I have with it. Cannot recommend enough.

Good entry level 144hz. Nice stand. The included DisplayPort cable was a real pain to get working, be aware. I had to unplug/re-plug a bunch of times before the monitor got signal. It’s also only 5 ft long. I bought a better one that worked immediately. It’s a TN panel so the contrast and colors are just ok but man is it smooth.

Monitor works great, especially if you apply custom color profiles that can be found on Reddit. Unfortunately mine came with a dead pixel out of the box. I just try to ignore it because I don't want to send it in and wait for another one.
