For this money, the monitor is great! But the VGA cable that came with it caused "ghosting" on the screen. Once I figured that out and knew it wasn't the monitor going nuts, I changed the cable and now it works GREAT! Would buy again.

I really appreciate the attention to detail; the mark of a pro. I hate to stop in the middle of set up because the hardware that was supposed to be with the unit and isn't. Then it's a hunt to find the right hardware, or worse yet, have to take a trip to a hardware store. Set up was a 5 minute job because you made certain it was ll there, including 4 very small screws that were crucial. The monitor works perfectly and will save me a lot of crawling around under a desk and swapping equipment.

    Just the size I needed

    Dell is a reliable computer and monitor manufacturer but it did have some minor screen flaws. Nothing noticeable while watching video but obvious when the computer has a white screen.

    Probably wouldn't buy again

    I ordered 2 of these. One screen has a blur to it that I cannot seem to correct and the other has a red hue that I cannot get to adjust. I can see what I am doing but it is very disappointing how the quality of the picture looks.

    Old monitor, does the job I need it to do

    Bought this for my front counter receptionist at office. We don’t need ultra high end graphics, so this monitor was the perfect fit. It’s heavier than current models, no fancy Hi Def display, or widescreen, but it works well at a very good price. We are happy with it.
