The sync is a good feature plus its eye care techno. I am not sure for the blue light reduction but the rest work perfect. It has been a bout one and a had years that I am using it and I love it. so far so good. You get its max fps if your pc is good. FPS could be set at 144 if your pc supports. Amazing image quality. Not 4K but for 1080p it is wonderful.

Pros: No dead pixels! Stand is very sturdy and you can easily adjust the height of the monitor. Gaming modes are very useful. Adjustments are easy to reach and change. Cons: None that I can think of right now I was able to get an excellent deal on this monitor. It is so impressive that my son-in-law purchased one also. I highly recommend it.
