This monitor is a deal if you need something cheap that also works, but if you can afford something else, do it. This is a monitor held together by tape, has some screen defects, and does not come with a power or VGA cord. It also does not match the picture provided; it is not widescreen, and on top of that is quite heavy. The latter was a concern for me because my computer desk is also cheap and not meant to support a large amount of weight. I'll use this now, but will look for another soon.
