We are a highly rated Apple repair shop in the states.... Battery was diagnosed counterfeit by Apple... Supposedly Brand new genuine. Battery is coming back with errors/Says service now in toolbar and will not calibrate correctly. reached out to seller and egoool-shop will not respond.. For test we installed a test Apple genuine A2171 Battery in and it works great! We had to escalate refund through EBAY! Buyer Beware! Horrible Communication! Never again. Waste of time!

the buyer opened case on 16 Apr(saturday), becuase of weekend, we can not reply him fastly,the buyer gave us bad feedback ,we immediately reply him to show that we can refund him or resend a new battery after we come back to work,but the buyer refuse to reply us and subjective think that it is counterfeit battery only becuase it can not work usually, this is unhoest action.
