Decent for non-demanding applications.
A decent little rack case at an attractive price. I would not recommend this for touring, but as a semi-static case for use in a church or small community center, it will do fine. Assembling this thing was a pain (nothing was pre-drilled and there were no registration pins), but it was easy to modify for my particular need. You will not be getting the best of materials, the casters are a tad on the dinky side, but again - for a semi-static rack, this will last for years without any problems. THE QUALITY OF THIS PRODUCT WAS NOT THE CRAFTMANSHIP THAT I AM USED TO WITH GRIFFIN PRODUCTS. DO NOT KNOW WHY THESE WERE SO DIFERENT. For product but not much out there in this price range.
This product has a high V O C odor which has not going away after several weeks of open-air exposure. The Chinese materials are very cheap and poor quality. Several portions that were pre-assembled with screws we're loose and when I tried to tighten them to screw heads broke off which required repair. The front and rear panels are basically held in by friction and gravity. If assembly is not perfect they will not be able to be inserted. The fabric also is a very thin and poor quality, I guess you get what you pay for because there is nothing else out there at this price point. Professional looking road case, great value
The case is nice and will work for me very well. I knew up front the box is not road heavy and able to handle every day use. I use for hobby and occasional gigging so perfect for me. I did reinforce the corners with steel angle pieces and supported the bottom with a 3/4 in plywood bottom. I had to buy new longer bolts for the wheels but the stability is rock solid now and not afraid to push over cracks in the sidewalk. Overall - great product for price.
