*** Will hustle you for $15. 1 of 2 cables purchased were broken, sold at $15 a piece. Explained the level of testing I did to confirm the cable was faulty, tested w/ different machines and sent pics. Didnt ask for a refund or partial refund, just wanted a replacement. More were listed as in-stock, they said they were out. Asked for a timely replacement, lost multiple hours and project seized due to part. They wanted me to pay to ship back, No time, nor do I feel I should pay for their mistake.

The customer refuses to return the units and demands replacements without returning the original cables to us. We cover all shipping costs. The customer posted a screenshot of our conversation, in which we clearly offered options to resolve the issue. We will send the replacements after receiving the 2 cables back; however, he does not want to cooperate.

    Plug and Play

    Just works with newer BT devices. Pairing is required for just the device, not the dongle itself. Have an older BT3 dongle and it would not connect to my new BT5 keyboard. I plugged it directly into a front usb3 port but with a BT5 KB and BT5 mouse it was too laggy. TBH, BT is really only good if you either have no usb port, like on a tablet or chromebook or whatever. I keep my KB wired atm, and my mouse is running the 2.4Ghz dongle instead. My desktop has a bt/wifi adapter but I'm using the slot for an 860EVO to boot from atm. At least until my new laptop arrives that is. I want to put the desktop PC to bed, mount a mini pc to the back of my TV, and run with just the laptop and the mini pc. Save some space and energy, save the universe from itself lol.
