I ORDERED AND THEY DID NOT SHIP ON TIME WITH THE EXUSE THAT IT WAS GETTING CHECKED, HAD TO CANCEL ORDER AND THEY GIVE ME HARD TIME ON CANCELING

A great copier with a low print count, A+++. At first, picture had shown 4 feeder trays with PF-5130 paper feeder, but I understand they didn't have one that was working, just 3 feeder trays with PF-5140 instead. Alltonercopier had communicated that information to me and made sure that I understood before placing the order, that it wasn't a bait and switch. I'm very happy with the copier so far, copies and prints great, beautiful printout. Thanks, alltonercopier.
