Great base to build a super fast gaming PC.
Out the box, it won't game too well, though all you need to do to play AAA titles with this is upgrade the GPU. I put an NVIDIA RTX 3060 in it (around $300 on amazon) and it runs games like the new call of duty MW3 at 120+ FPS on medium settings, and around 100 FPS on high settings.
There's also a slot for NVME SSD, which was a nice surprise.
