This seller opened up a dispute case after he received the toothpaste back. He has lost that dispute in Ebay soon after he filed it. I don't know why he filed that dispute. I used to love this toothpaste but I want it only in the big package and not in the small travel-sized package. To clarify for other buyers who read this comment, the person buys something and does not pay attention to the characteristics of the product they purchased. So far so good, no problems with the return, the point is that he lied in his justification, putting a photo of a product he had in his home, comparing it and claiming that the product is not the same as the one he bought and still comes in the reviews telling lies to the our respect.
