Welcome to the third of many Gateway 2000 listings from my personal collection. I am getting out of the hobby after collecting for nearly ten years. The systems that I am listing are high-quality, rare, and sought after pieces of Gateway 2000 history. With these listings, you aren't just offerding on an old computer - you are offerding on a piece of history, complete with peripherals and disks/documentation.

Up for your consideration today is a very clean, hard-to-find Gateway 2000 Tower PC from January 1994 featuring a classic Micronics 486 ISA motherboard with a 486 DX2 66 MHz CPU, 8MB RAM, 3.5" floppy drive, Backup Tape Drive, SONY Double Speed CD-ROM and ISA Card Combo, a powerful Western Digital VLB VESA Local Bus VGA video card, and a Western Digital Caviar IDE hard-drive. The system boots to DOS and has it's original Windows 3.1 installation (see photos) with all drivers, and works great. The system is currently missing a CMOS battery pack, so you will need to set the CMOS settings every time you boot up until you can source a replacement. The venerable Gateway AnyKey keyboard, an original Microsoft PS/2 mouse, a fully-functional Gateway 2000 CS1572DG CRT Monitor, and the necessary power cords are all included. Additionally, all of the documentation and disks I collected for this system will be included as well (see photos and details below). I have provided many pictures, so please review them. What makes this system so special is it is completely original - all cards, the hard drive, everything - came from the Gateway 2000 factory just like this. This is a really cool piece of Gateway 2000 history - it's not everyday a complete and original example such as this shows up for sale! This will make for a killer 486 system (it's a classic 486 DX2 66 mhz tower, what's not to love?), perfect for any vintage computing collection!

My systems are well packed and ship via ground service with tracking info always provided so you know when your PC is going to arrive. I typically require a signature for residential deliveries (it protects both buyer and seller).
