I actually used one of these back in the day as an Apple Certified Technician at AppleCentre Cambridge UK.
The unit also comes with CPU 2,3 & 4 images on a custom PCB which you can either 3D print a housing for or swap into one of the other Apple housings that come with the machine. This makes a complete set of the cartridges, many only shipped out with CPU1 and SCSI from Apple. It was down to the dealer to pay for the extras.
Several of the cables are still shrink wrapped/sealed.
Unit also comes with Apple power supply for this tool in addition to being battery powered.
