Shipping

Before completing your purchase, make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to make changes to the shipping address after payment is made, and will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Expedited Shipping:

We know you want it fast! Free Shipping Orders placed by 2 pm CST Monday thru Friday and by 12 pm on Saturday are shipped same day. All other orders are shipped next business day. Please be aware that weekends are not business days. We use USPS, UPS or FedEx for shipping within the US.

Express Shipping:

We offer express shipping (2nd Day and Overnight) where available to all 50 States. We use USPS, FEDEX or UPS for express shipping. All orders received by 4 pm CST Mon-Fri and by 12 pm on Saturday will be shipped same day. All other orders are shipped next business day.

Delivery Times:

As much as we like to know exact delivery times, we are unable to give you a delivery date on your package. Delivery times provided at checkout are only estimates provided by the shipping company and are not guaranteed delivery times. However, every order will have tracking number provided for you to track your shipment.

Returns

We at O&M Wireless are proud to stand behind the quality of our products. If the device you purchased is found to be defective or cannot be activated with the specified mobile carrier, we will be happy to provide a full refund or replacement upon the item\'s return within 30 days of your receiving delivery.

We strive to make our customers\' return process hassle-free. With that said, we have opted to use very smooth \"Managed Returns\" program.

To do this, simply go to your \"My \" or click Purchase History. Locate the item you wish to return within your purchase history. To the right of each item, select \"More Actions\" and then \"Return this Item\".

Refunds:

Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the item by O&M Wireless. After receiving your refund confirmation email, please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be posted back to your method of payment. Refunds cannot be made to any other account besides the original method of payment.

Replacements:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we would be more than happy to have your item replaced at no extra cost to earn your satisfaction. To arrange for a replacement, please contact us directly through messages. The returned device must be received before a replacement is shipped. A replacement device is Reserved.:-::: for no longer than 10 calendar days. If item not received within those 10 days, replacement may not be guaranteed. Please check our warranty page for additional information.

Disclaimer:

Item must be returned within the same condition it was received. No refunds will be applied to devices damaged by the buyer or altered in any way.

All personal accounts including iCloud, Google and Samsung accounts must be removed off of the device prior to returning the item back. No refund will be applied to any device that has any personal accounts linked to it. Instructions on how to remove personal accounts can be found with the purchased item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMSHandling Time:

Customs/Duty/VTA Charges:

For all international shipping, the buyer must verify with his/her country import laws if such items are allowed to be imported. If the item is seized by the buyers country, O&M Wireless will not reimburse the buyer for the lost item.

Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer only and are due before receipt of the item. Customs fees are collected in some cases by the carrier, UPS, DHL or FedEx prior to delivery. If the buyer fails to pay customs fees, the item will be abandoned and destroyed by the carrier and NO refund will be applied to the buyer.

All orders will be declared according to the checkout price. We are unable to change the items price due to carrier restrictions.

International Returns:

O&M Wireless does not cover return shipping costs for any reason and it is the buyer\'s responsibility to pay for shipping and all other associated fees.
