Terms & Conditions
Trading with me is easy, trusty & fast. I will be listing items every week to keep your wardrobe updated and you looking fab. Item may appear to have some signs of wear and tear, but this is due to storage.
The real colour of the item may be slightly different from the pictures shown on website caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness. Item does not come with the box or packaging. One per item sold.
Pictures do not represent the actual item being sold. They are just used as a representation.
Payment
Payment is to be made upon checkout. Opportunity to send a message to seller for various reasons is available upon checkout.
For any change of mind returns, the buyer will post the item back using 'PayPal Returns'. Once item has been received in its original condition, we will refund the full amount, minus any postage cost we incurred to send the item out, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. If item returned is not returned in its original condition, we will not be refunding. It will then be the buyers responsibility to give us a postage label or postage cost to send it back to them.
Postage
Please note that we DO NOT accept responsibility for goods LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED or DELAYED in transit, so please pay the small amount extra for shipping insurance. If you require insurance for goods being transported, please contact us prior to sale end to determine costs as this WILL NOT be added to the price unless requested.If by chance your item is found to be lost, stolen or damaged, and it has the appropriate insurance, it will be replaced or money refunded only AFTER the carrier has completed their investigation and declared the item lost, stolen or damaged.
Most post will be mailed using Cash on Delivery (COD) in which carrier will collect payments on our behalf for the postage and cash on delivery fee only. Cost will be COD fee + cost of postage to be paid to carrier.
