A. Same laptopmodel can use totally different screens, and they are not compatible to each other. So please make sure the resolution, data connector, and connector position matches your original screen. If you are not sure, you can send us the original screen parts number and laptop model name to get advise.

Q. How do I know my original screen parts number?
A. You can use AIDA64 software to find out without open up the laptop.
