Thisupgrade will only work for 2009 2.26 2.66 and 2.93 8-core Mac Pro towers and 2010 2.4 8-core Mac Pro towers. Please only buy this service if you already own one of those machines.
My process is as follows: (1) After your purchase I will send you a firmware update for your 2009 Mac Pro, the application of which is a quick and easy process which I can walk you through over the telephone if you would like, and if you own a 2010 Mac Pro this update is not necessary; (2) I will send you a prepaid label and you willsecurely package andshipto me your processor tray, if you are uncertain how to properly package I will provide instruction; (3) I will professionally perform the processor upgrade service and perform all tests required to ensure a successful installation; (4) I willprofessionally package and ship the processor trayback to you; and (5) once youreceivethe tray you may safely place it inside your Mac Pro the same way it was removed and the process is complete. At your option, your old processors will be returned to you or recycled.
Please note, your processor tray must be in original unmodified condition and pass allfunctionality tests uponreceipt. At your option, for an additional $900 dollars you may keep your original 8 core tray and I will ship you an upgraded tray immediately. Then youwill have the flexibility of using both trays for various client applications.
