We only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal is platform that allows you to pay online via a debit or Credit Card. We do not directly take payment via Credit/Debit Card, this will be facilitated via PayPal. In order to protect us from fraud we reserve the right to cancel and any orders that are not eligible for PayPal Seller protection and orders where where a delivery address does not match PayPal buyer ORDERS, RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We can refund and cancel your order as long as the item has not been dispatched. If you do need to cancel your order for any reason please get in touch with directly and let them know you would like to cancel. This will alert us to the situation much more quickly then sending us a message in asking us to cancel your order.

If the item was ordered incorrectly or is not compatible with your system you will be responsible for return postage costs.Items must be returned within 14 working days and the item must be in the original condition in which it they were received.Please contact us via the messaging system and we will give you an RMA number which will expedite in processing your return. All returned items must have an RMA number.

If the item is faulty again it must be returned within 14 working days, the item must be in the original condition in which it they were received. If you are in the UK you have two ways in whichyou can return your item. You can either return it to us directly via some kind of recorded service such as Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Recorded Delivery (for whichwe will reimburse you directly via PayPal) or if you have created a return case/item not as described case we can authorise to provide you with a return label.Any return must be accompanied by an RMA Number, whichyou must get from us.

If the item is faulty and you are outside the UK we will match return postage costs to the amount we originally charged for postage. For example if an item is sent to Italy via Royal Mail international Tracked,the item cost was £20 and the postage was £6.99, total cost be £26.99. We would refund the full £26.99 when the item was returned, plus the initial postage charge cost of £6.99, this means you would receivea refund of £33.98 (£26.99+6.99).Any return must be accompanied by an RMA Number, whichyou must get from us.

Exchange - An Example. If you have an ordered multiple kits of memory and the majority of them are working and however one model is faulty and you simply want an exchange for the faulty part. Please get in touch with and we will provide you with a course of action which should allow you to return the faulty modules (if necessary) and get you a replacement dispatched.
