13\" Vintage School Clock National Time Convex Glass Works, Looks Great!
Vintage NATIONAL TIME (and Signal) Schoolhouse Wall Clock. Steel gray-silver frame and metal silver or gray-blue back plate, a convex glass face brass gears, and a turn screw mechanism on the back gear box that you can turn to change the time with easily. This clock features a smooth sweeping second hand and runs quietly. The face is painted, not paper. This clock requires hardwiring.I ran it for some time to test it by plugging the wires into a standard 110extension cord and it ran and kept time beautifully. You could easily paint the frame to match any color in your decor. 13\" diameter.I purchased severalofthese clocks from a local middle school salvage. This sale is for ONE of them. Note that every one was tested and and found to bein working condition. Some of them have an open gear box, others have it enclosed, yet all have brass inner working gears. I test each clock again prior to shipping. No two are exactly alike as each will have it\'s unique \"wear or blemishes\". There may be a scratch or mar on the frame or face, but nothing I see as distracting or amounting to enough to try to photograph it. Anything obvious I will point out, however, with a separate picture included showing the flaw. Please just don\'t expect like new perfection in a vintage, previously used item. Trust my response. Some of these have 2 wires, others have 3 wire or 4 wires (but all ran by using just 2 wires....usually the black and white ones).
