Exact item shown. Iunsoldered thousands of these when they were common,found this batch sitting in the back of a drawer, time for them to have a new home. I probably tested them, but I can\'t be sure and I don\'t have a tester any more - of all the memory I pulled, I found very few bad chips, so these are probably all good. They are 64KX4, 120ns. These were used on a lot of memory cards and for some memory boards. Also used in some video game machines.
