Here is a nice Mint State example of what was sold to me as HK-304 by a well-known dealer so, I suppose he is correct.
It just looks different to me when I compare it to other HK-304\'s, but this could be just down to the excellent eye appeal.It does have some rub at the high points which expose a copper-red planchet beneath, this is a very intriguing medal, no matter what.
Under magnification one can really see that the medal is truly Gilt (or gold plate, perhaps).A genuinely appealing example of the medal.
