1944 John Deere BO Lindeman Crawler serial number 334097, this little machine was in the process of being restored, but never got finished it sat in a shed for the last five years, the motor is now stuck from sitting, I am not sure what was done to motor butit looks like the head and block have been off and put back on, the fuel valve looks new, but it is complete except for the seat, the tracks roll, and it does steer, the trans shifts in 1st and reverseI cant get it to go into 2 nd gear, HI/LO shifts and it has a PTO, the clutch snaps in and out, the tracks are complete, there is a weld on the rear final drive on left side if facing rear you can see it in the photo of rear of crawler, has a DLTX# 10 Carburator and a good drawbar hitch on it, the hood is good with a few dings, the radiator looks good. This was a project that was started and never completed, these are hard to find there were only around 1645 produced, if you are looking for one or a summer project this one is selling . I am not what it will take to make it run or how much was done to it, but it is a very restorable machine that will be worth big money when it is done.
