1956 NCAA FINAL FOUR Basketball Championship Program.

Played at Northwestern University\'s McGaw Memorial Hall on March 22-23, 1956.

The University of San Francisco, coached by Phil Woolpert and featuring Bill Russell and K.C. Jones, won their second of back-to-back NCAA Championships, defeating SMU 86-68 and Iowa 83-71 for the title. The fourth team in the tourney was Temple with Guy Rodgers and Hal Lear.
