WARRANTY

• WE DO NOT WARRANTYLAPTOP BATTERIES. Your refurbished machine will contain a used battery. By their nature batteries do not typically have long lives. We test batteries to ensure they are functional and hold a charge, but we do not guarantee the duration of that charge.

RETURNS

• Refunds are on final offer amount only; shipping and handling are non-refundable.

LOCAL PICKUP

• Contact us if you would like to pick up your item at our location in Kent, Washington.
• Please do not come to our facility until pickup arrangements have been made.
• Local pickups take 1 to 2 days to process. We are closed on weekends.
