45.90g *GORGEOUS* Vintage NATURAL Un-Dyed CARVED PINK ANGEL SKIN CORAL Fancy Bead & Chinese Goldfish 14K Yellow Gold PENDANT NECKLACE -Early to Mid 20th Century
EXCELLENT overallvintage condition. The necklace is fitted with a 14K yellow gold rectangular box style clasp that is functioning properly and securely. The box clasp is also fitted with a figure-8 style safety catch that is working correctly and providing an additional level of safety to the clasp.
Thevintage Chinesenatural un-dyed pink angel skin coral pendant in intricately hand-carved in a beautifully detailedChinese Goldfishmotiffeaturingone largeornate Chinese Goldfish with a huge flowingand sculptural tailalong with a smaller Chinese Goldfishboth backed by a largebroad water lily or lotusleaf. Beautifully executed from a single piece of natural un-dyed pink angel skin coral by a brilliant & skillfullcarver. The large Chinese Goldfish shows a small\"port stain\" or \"birth mark\" on the right(or back side) of its mouth(can be viewed in the third to last photograph).This is a natural inclusion in the coral. The top of the coral pendant is crowned with a 14K yellow multi-leafstyle pendant loop. The vintage Chinese Goldfish carved coral pendant alone measures approximately 1 3/4\" X 1\" X 5/8\" (42.15mm X 23.80mm X 16.50mm). The pendant is suspended from an alternatingelongated box style link 14K yellow gold neck chain that includes six(6) extra-fine quality large 14mm in diameter hand-carved round Chinese motif natural un-dyed pink angel skin coral beads. The pendant necklace measures approximately 25\" in length.
