This is NEW-old-stock from the 1950s. a nice old hat made by Resistol -- marked 3-X beaver, (by todays standards more like a 10-X) a great hat. The hat has a tall 5 inch \"Cattleman\'s\" crown with a 3 1/3 inch brim. (note- with a tea kettle you can change the crown in 15 mins.) Color is a tan. Size is 7 1/8. Please check your circumference before offerding? Check the chart for your size. Some hats are hard and stiff, this one is soft, has a great feel. No odor or moth damage, a clean hat except for a small green stain (pictured) at the back of sweatband caused by a brass pin on rear of sweatband., may clean off. A good hat for a SASS shooter. It came from the Carlock Saddlery shop. I will be selling many items that came out of the Carl Carlock Saddlery shop in Phoenix, AZ.
