Operating Instructions
Step 1: Please remove the "Pull-Sticker" from the new cartridge.
Step 2: Install the cartridge into the printer.
Step 3: If the cartridge is not recognized after installation, please reinstall the cartridge.
Step 4: To ensure the best printing result, please run nozzle check before printing. Please implement Nozzle Cleaning Process if problem on output quality.• If a message such as "Not Original" is displayed, click Yes or Continue to allow the printer to continue working.• If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly via e-mail. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

1. What if there is a problem?

We recognize that problems can sometimes arise and we aim to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you receive one or more faulty or damaged products, or what appears to be an incorrect shipment for any reason, please take a photo of the packaging and the toner (with MPN code) and then contact us with your problem.
If the product is under warranty, we will arrange a return at our expense and send a replacement within 1 business day. Please do not return the product until you hear back from us. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
2. Can I change my mind?
Yes, if you need to return an item for any other reason, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be in the same condition as received, including all documentation and original unopened packaging.
Your user ID/order number must be included on the return package. Postage will be borne by the buyer.
3. Damage and discrepancies to items?
You must report any defects or damage to the goods to Tonercircle within 24 hours of receipt.
Any delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
Please sign for any damaged goods delivered and notify Tonercircle Customer Service in writing within 24 hours. Please retain all damaged goods and packaging.
