These are Apple II VGA boards designed by Briel Computers. I made up a couple of these cards for myself and the GitHub project is excellent. Notice the 2 photos showing the output on a VGA monitor from my Apple iie. Should work with Apple II, II+ or IIe. Even supports double Hi-res mode on the Apple iie. The pcb has a gold ENIG finish. If you know how to solder you can build one of these very quickly and inexpensively and have great looking graphics from your Apple II. Just uses a handful of parts: resistors, 3 ic's, a few capacitors, VGA socket and a cheap $4 Pi Pico Microcontroller board.
