It'll work but will suggest you get a new battery soon. it still works anyway. who doesn't have a UPS and has one of these anyway? the battery doesn't matter... just ignored the warning and kept going. Get a UPS with USB connection to the computer to shutdown and you're great.
If your Apple Hardware RAID dies then you need one of these cards to get it working again! buy a spare... or do backups. spares are cheap now...
Just the card shown; no manual and macos has the stuff in it already and apple online has info -- but you likely are buying this as a replacement card anyway right?will be shipped in anti-static bag and well packed.
