This is the unfortunately named Advantech UPOS-211D. You probably already know the POS stands for Point of Sale, which is what these are designed for. Hence the 64GB hard drive. The unit has a 15-inch touchscreen. The pictures show you the I/O and everything else. Sorry about the strobe effect on the head-on view but you can see from the side view the display is perfect.
