Buy-It-Now items require Immediate payment. This means you must finalize the purchase and complete payment through PayPal before you are officially the winner of the item. Please make sure that your shipping information is correctly set to your final shipping destination before submitting.

If you are an international buyer, custom fees are not applied to the purchase price and you will be responsible for all applicable custom fees. Please check with our local customs office for more information.

  1. Free Shipping is available to addresses within the lower 48 states ONLY.
  2. Free shipping is included for all orders to be delivered within the lower 48 states with the exception of PO Boxes and APO addresses. PO Boxes and APO addresses must purchase the USPS Priority shipping option.
  3. We ship via FedEx, unless stated otherwise.
  4. International orders for countries on 's Global Shipping list will ship via 's Global Shipping Program (GSP). For countries outside of that program, fees are set at $99.99 for iPhones and iPads, and $199.99 for laptops. We do not ship desktops shipments are subject to custom fees. Custom fees are not applied to the purchase price, and we will not mark a lower value than the payment amount. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
  5. We process shipments within 1 day, Monday-Friday. If you purchase an item Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, your item will go out on the following Monday.
  6. All items over $250 require signature upon delivery per PayPal policy. Please provide a shipping address where you are able to sign for the package during business hours. If you are unavailable to sign, FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver. You can also call 1-800-G0-FEDEX and ask them to hold your package at a FedEx location for pickup.Be sure that the address displayed on and PayPal during checkout is the address you want for delivery. We are required to ship to this address per PayPal policy, and we are unable change your shipping address after payment has been made.
  7. We package our items carefully with bubble wrap, peanuts, and sturdy cardboard boxes. In the rare case that your item does arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately. All shipping claims must be submitted and approved by the carrier (FedEx) before a refund can be issued. Unless stated otherwise all items sold include a 60 day warranty by seller. No additional or implied warranties.

If your item does not arrive in the condition stated or has hardware-related issues within the first 60 days, you will be eligible to receive a replacement or refund under the iSelliMac warranty. If your item was physically damaged while in your possession, this warranty is void.

Please report any issues to us within 3 days of delivery, and include photo in order to document the damage/issue. Upon receipt of this material, we will attempt to resolve your issue and/or send a label for return. After we receive the device we will resolve the issue in one of the following ways:

1. Repair the device and send the repaired item back to you free of charge; 2. send you a replacement unit; or 3.Send a refund if the item cannot be repaired and no replacement unit is available.

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to Sell Your Mac. This goes double for returns and exchanges. We accept returns for 60 days following delivery, as long as the item did not arrive in the condition stated in the listing. For items past 60 days, or items that clearly match our listing (nothing wrong), there is a minimum 20% restocking fee, and items can only be returned at our discretion.

ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR will incur a restocking fee, and we will NOT refund any shipping charges. The restock fee for returned items is typically 10-30%. You will be informed prior to returning the item(s) what restock fee will apply to your order.

If you want to return a purchase, the first step is to contact us by email. Once the return is approved, we will issue you a prepaid label through Fedex, which will include the RMA number. Upon receiving the item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment source within 1-3 days.

If you used a credit card on PayPal, the funds may take a few days to show up on your credit card statement. If you used your bank account on PayPal, the funds may be returned to your PayPal balance, and require your action. In the rare event that we do not have the full amount to cover the refund in our PayPal account at the time of processing, the funds will be pulled from our bank account, which this takes 4-5 days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
