Computer only - monitor is NOT included. When this powers up, the pointer appears in the top left hand corner of the screen and a disc appears in the center with a ? which flashes on and off. I have no way to test this; therefore, it is being sold AS IS. There are some minor scuff marks and what looks like small ink stains on the top. It has 3 of the 4 rubber feet.
