Apple Mac mini. I believe it is a 2009 model. 1.68GHZ Core Duo2GB Ram120 GB Hard Drive Comes with factory power supply and installation disc's. See photos. Tested and works. It boots to the login screen but it is password protected and the password has been lost. There is a small section that is coming out of the rubber boot on the power supply. I did my best to show it in the photos. The actual wires are not damaged in any way and the power supply works as expected.
