Please note - My machines, like nearly all other 3.46ghz 12-Core Mac Pro towers currently for sale on , are upgraded units.  I upgraded the firmware from 4,1 to 5,1, the processors from the 4-Core 2.26GHz Nehalem to the 6-Core 3.46Ghz Westmere, and the ram.  These units all pass rigorious stress tests and perform as intended with Geekbench CPU tests coming in at approximately 32000.
