I recently purchased an Apple II Plus and wanted to transfer some disk images, unfortunately the Super Serial Card cable was long gone. I performed some searches on the internet and found that not too many folks have this cable and even fewer sell them. So after reading many online sources and PDFs of manuals and cable specs, I decided to build one for myself.
I figured I wasn\'t alone in this hunt, so I just built a few extras. I sourced the original Apple II \"rainbow\" ribbon cable to make sure it matched the original, but updated it to a Male DB9 cable to match the current USB to Serial adapters I\'ve found. Each cable has been assembled and tested with ADTPro 2.1.0 and my Super Serial Card, and I have transferred disks with each cable to ensure of proper operation. All signals are passed through from the Super Serial Card\'s 10 pin connector to the Male DB9 connector.
