  Returns:

  Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from the date of shipping. There will be no restocking fee charged if the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sold (i.e with all accessories, booklets/pamphlets, and the original box/packaging), otherwise up to a 25% restocking fee will be debited from the principal refund amount. Any item that shows signs of misuse/damage by the buyer voids the return policy. We also verify that the serial number matches our invoice, and any item that does not match the invoice will not be accepted. Items that are returned with a passcode or Apple iCloud locked cannot be accepted for return, and they will be disposed of without refund. Prior to return, please make sure to remove/deactivate any accounts or passcodes on the device being returned.

  Exchanges:

  We apologize in advance, but we do not offer exchanges at this time. We ask that you return the unwanted item as per our above policy and repurchase the new item instead.

  Partial refunds:
