It is designed to carry a laptop computer with a screen up to 17" and accessories. The case has a built-in purge valve for changes in altitude or temperature and locking latches with one key. It is carried by a padded folding handle. This case has a divider set that further subdivides the lower chambers into substorage perfect for small handguns, hard-drives, or similar hardware that needs protecting.Pelican 1490 hard cases are designed rugged, and travel the harshest environments on earth.
