Return procedures:
You should inspect received items within 3 days from date of delivery.
Shipping Damages and DOAs must be reported within 3 days from date of delivery.
After 3 days inspection period, all sales become final.
Any used items will be refused and returned at Buyer\'s expense.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and charges.
Items should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
Items must be sent back in the original packaging with the original bill of sale and displaying the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All RMA numbers are only valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue.
We reserve the right to not accept the return package if it is not received within the 14 days specified.
Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges.
We are not responsible for any packages damaged or lost during your return shipping.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
